Our program includes instruction in optimizing your fitness foundation, movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. In addition, we add on perfomance parameters of linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, balance and total body coordination.
